Delivery Responsibilities & Issue Resolution

In the event that your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with other members of your household, your local mail room, or the courier service directly. For packages that are undeliverable or returned to us due to customer error (including incorrect address, failure to accept delivery, or unresponsive recipient), the customer will be responsible for any associated reshipping costs. Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
